WHITE COUNTY HOMEWORK CENTER PROGRAM POLICIES

A registration form must be on file for all children participating in the program. Students between the grades of Pre-K and fifth grade enrolled in the White County School System are eligible.
A policy form must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned acknowledging the parent understands all policies.
The fee per day, per child, must be paid daily or weekly if the child receives care. Payment should be made when the child is picked up if they come occasionally or on Monday if they come weekly. Payment should be paid to the manager. Changes in payment must be cleared with the manager.
Payments should be made promptly and should not be late.
Your child must be picked up no later than 6:00 p. m. After 6:00 p.m. a fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged until the child is picked up. After two late pickups your child will be suspended from Homework Center.
The parent will be informed of any behavior problems. Continued disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Failure to observe any of the stated policies will result in dismissal of the child from the program.
Students who are suspended from their bus due to disciplinary reasons will not be allowed to attend or enroll in the homework center until their designated time is over. Students who are referred to the Opportunity Room or In School Suspension will not be allowed to attend or enroll in the Homework Center.
FOR SUMMER PROGRAM STUDENTS: I give permission for my child to attend field trips. I will be notified prior to the field trip about dates, time, and location of the field trip. Application and the first week’s fee must be turned in to the Homework Center personnel.
The Homework Center will not be responsible for accidents or injuries during the hours your child participates in the program.

FEE SCHEDULE (Effective Jan. 1, 2015)
Before Care (6:20 a.m. - 7:20 a.m.) $3.00 per day
Afternoon Care (at the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m.) $6.00 per day
Summer Care (6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) TBA in the spring
(Summer care charges will include lunch and afternoon snack)
